Dear Mr. Smith,

I am writing to share my perspective and offer some suggestions improving security measures. As per my recommendation, we could add humongous changes to the analytics software to detect anomalies in employee access patterns captured by surveillance cameras. Subsequently, monitoring live camera feeds would be a mandatory requirement.

Further, another intriguing option would be to Implement an access control system at entry points, requiring residents to use key fobs or mobile credentials for gate entry which would reap advantages beyond comparison.

Conclusively, the third thing which would be to record employee access attempts and ensure compliance with security protocols.

Look forward to your insights on the above suggestions.

Yours sincerely,
