EMAIL CONVENTIONS
Your email should have a salutation, introduction and closing. The closing and opening lines should be relevant to the question.
Grammar,Vocabulary and Spelling
It is important that these meet the standard conventions of English and are as per the requirement of the answer.
ORGANISATION AND FORM
The word count is extremely important and should be between 50-120 words. If it is over or under length then there can be a penalty.

Isaac Newton is considered to be among the greatest scientist of England. His theory of light and color, the three laws of motion and the law of gravitation are among his most amazing achievements. He was fully devoted to his work. Probably that is why he never married. He also preferred a quiet life and avoided company.
Newton did his work with great concentration. When he was absorbed in his work, he became absent-minded to all his surroundings. Once he invited a few friends to dinner. While talking to them, he went out to look for something he needed. Just then, he came up with an idea and forgot everything he headed straight to his study.
There he opened his files and got busy in his calculations. When he failed to show up for a long time, his friends got worried and started looking for him all over the place. They even set up a search party and were about to go out and look for him when someone located him in his study, totally engrossed in his work. When Newton realized he had caused inconvenience to his friends, he felt quite embarrassed. But his friends, who were aware of his love for his work, readily forgave him.

Isaac Newton was a famous scientist who was known for his exceptional achievements. Moreover, he never married and was always completely devoted to his work. For instance, once he was totally engrossed in his work and forgot that he had invited his friends.

You are a university student. Your university is seeking input on improving student housing facilities to enhance the overall student experience. They are specifically interested in recommendations from students to address any existing issues and make the living environment more comfortable and conducive to academic success.
Your ideas must come from the following three themes :
- Community-building activities
- Maintenance responsiveness improvement
- Safety and security upgrades
You should include all three themes. Provide supporting ideas for your suggestions.

Dear Mr. Smith,
I am writing to share my perspective and offer some suggestions improving security measures. As per my recommendation, we could add humongous changes to the analytics software to detect anomalies in employee access patterns captured by surveillance cameras. Subsequently, monitoring live camera feeds would be a mandatory requirement.
Further, another intriguing option would be to Implement an access control system at entry points, requiring residents to use key fobs or mobile credentials for gate entry which would reap advantages beyond comparison.
Conclusively, the third thing which would be to record employee access attempts and ensure compliance with security protocols.
